At the 2025 CENTR Jamboree in Lyon, 45 experts racked their brains over how to guide the fictional .OK registry through a major cyber crisis.

Organised by the European TLD ISAC, this second successful table-top exercise dropped participants into a fast-moving scenario: a routine warning from the country’s CERT on a quiet Friday morning… and then things accelerated quickly.

Over 90 minutes, six cross-functional teams—blending technical, legal, comms, and management brains—navigated a series of unfolding events with just the right amount of confusion, stress, and collaborative spirit. Each person brought their own expertise, but success (or mild chaos) depended on how well the team worked together.

No one failed. Everyone learned something. And .OK lived to see another fictional day.
